Indoor automated warehouses

This is the maximum achievement of modern warehousing, as it enables a signifcant increase in storage space, as well as process and flows continuity. Automated warehousing devices are machineries aiming to the warehousing of goods, performed without the intervention of operators.

Pick up and storage are carried out by special, computerized robots, such as stacker cranes. The robot, which is connected with the structure, is generally located in each aisle between racks, where a special machine communicates with the warehouse handling dept by means of an O/I area.

In such warehouses, precision in the assembly and compliance with current regulations are fundamental for the right functioning of the machine as well as for the proper handling of the incoming and outgoing flow of goods.
